Vary the things Marvin Gives

All too often I keep getting the same things from Marvin and it would be nice to be able to receive either something bigger once in awhile or something more useful. Maybe could add the chance of moonstone shards or the occasional singular moonstone there?

While it seems he gives the same items, I have gotten blue quality recipes, the higher priced trinkets, and green quality pets from him...you could maybe add a small chance of getting the MS apparel or pets but the variety seems fine to me
