Broader versions of this suggestion have been made in the past for better cooldown indicators but I want to hone in on this specific aspect of how wolves in different states are identified and how it could be better.
Currently, when a wolf ready for labor or ready to give birth, we can easily see which ones with the heart icons. But the stage of pregnancy before that isn't identified other than the mother being on cooldown. I have a handful of pregnant wolves right now and a growing den population. It's surprisingly easy to lose track of who I bred a day or two ago without clicking around. Just the cooldown marker isn't very identifying since the males have it too and that can be up to twice as many wolves over various tabs to clutter the visuals.
I would like the list of breeding Statuses on our Den Statistics box (the one under Nana) to be clickable. For example if I click "16 expecting" then it would take me to a page that lists all of my expecting females, who I bred them with, and how much longer until they can go to Nest.
The other breeding statuses (ready to nest, in labor, and ready for birth) are already well identified in the den but quick links would be beneficial here too; imagine being able to send multiple females to the Nest at once from a screen like this.
It would also be useful to see pages like this for the breakdown of our den by breed. For example, if I click "Kit: 49 (20%)" it opens a page with all my Kits. Design-wise I am imagining something similar to the Companion page. I actually really like how that's set up and being able to look at wolves by breed, sort by level, filter by name, and even by breeding cooldown status would be useful in lots of different ways.
I mostly want visibility of my expecting females before they are ready for labor but I think this style of solution would offer usability beyond that. Just some thoughts!
