[Trading] Set default trade quantity to at least 1

Because it defaults to 0, which doesn't really make any sense, and I've definitely tried to click continue only to have to go back and put in "1". The default should just be 1 so trading single items between players is easier and faster and you don't have to input a value every time.

Support! I've triggered the error message on multiple occasions since I assumed it would default to 1. This would be a nice little QoL change!
