T.O.S

1. All payment is through paypal (USD) (Unless it is lorwolf currency), and is upfront unless agreed upon otherwise. Please do not ask for split payments or payment after art.

2. I do not provide master files (PSD's/SAI and so on).

3. Tips are welcomed, but never ever required :)

4. I ONLY work off of reference sheets for commissions requiring those. I WILL NOT work off of shaded pieces of your character, 3d art refs, and so on. I need a base colored, sheet of your character perfectly showing your markings unobstructed! If you do not have a ref sheet, I will not take your commission. I apologize in advance!

5. My works may be reposted, everywhere except the following sites (added too over time):

-F-list (Unless linked back to this profile ONLY, then it's OK, but I would still prefer not)

6. I will work to finish your piece and match your characters as best I can. If I accidentally miss something, let me know and I will fix it as that is my fault. (it must be something that is clearly stated on the ref or from the start, if it's not on the ref and it's not told to me prior, that's not my problem, I will charge extra to edit it at that point)

I will NOT edit art if your character got an update/marking change halfway through the commission, in which you did not tell me. Even if you do, I may be at a point where I can no longer easily edit the piece. I only work with refs given to me at the time of the commission, so please plan accordingly!

7. I retain the rights to all of my artwork and have the right to reproduce the work to help myself advertise if ever needed. I also retain the right to post it anywhere I so wish. If you wish to have your commission not used to advertise my works, speak to me at the time of the commission and an extra fee can be added to achieve this.

8. You may not alter any of my works, in any way shape, or form. This includes edits, fixes, and so on. If you wish to turn a sketch into a completed work, discuss it with me. It works on a case-by-case base only and must have my written consent to do so!

@officiallytox I would! I just need to know who im working with though to give a final answer :) Mostly because I need to make sure that if they have apparel I can do it for ya :)
