• Belegost is named after Tolkien's Dwarven city.

• Belegost is a mining and fishing haven, being rich in ore, gems, and salmon.

• Although situated near a large lake, Belegost also resides on the foot of a mountain

• The wolves of Belegost call the mountain Dayshaw Rise. It looms towards the East.

• Pronounced: Bell-uh-gost

Belegost resides on the foot of a mountain, said mountain looming in the East.
The golden grasses of the Goldsea area are plentiful in Belegost, combined with the slight rocky
terrain of the mountain. The mountain itself is tall and rocky, its dark slate
coloring a stark contrast to the colorful foliage below.

Creeks and streams feeding the lake towards the North West run through the Kingdom.
The fresh water vital in the everyday life of each and every wolf. While most of the fish come
from the lake, many wolves opt to catch smaller fish for snacking in the creeks.

Tall pine trees grow thicker towards the lake. Old and wise, the trees also play a big part in
Belegost's economy. Their wood is needed to make dens, tools, and even used for food. Spices
grow nicely in Belegost, so every meal is nice and tasty.

Dayshaw Rise is rich in iron, copper, and gold ore. Once a volcano, it erupted many centuries ago,
the scars of which can be seen the closer you get to the mountain. The black igneous rock is a rather
beautiful sight. The rock is rich in iron, but to preserve the landscape, Belegosts Queen and King
have banned mining of the cool lava.

Along with ore, precious gems can be found within the mountain. Diamonds, rubys, sapphire, and
even emeralds are the most common, but others are not unheard of. Belegost has many gemologists,
crafting fine jewelry from the mined gems. They may be expensive, but the craftmanship is unparalleled.

Moria – The Queen 👑

Moria is the Queen of Belegost. A pragmatic, caring, and wise wolf,
she was next in line after her father passed. Watch out though, her
father taught her everything he knew. And she's only getting started.

Sadly, Moria cannot have children of her own. But, when a lonely pup
wandered into the Kingdom, she fell in love with them immediately.
Moria and Azog named them Silver.

Azog – The King 💀

Azog is the King of Belegost. Though not born of Nobility, he fell in
love with the Kings daughter. Forbidden love that triumphed in the
end. A courageous wolf, Azog grew up as a warrior. Protecting the
Kingdom at all costs. While he takes it easy now, he's still not to be
messed with.

Azog is rather quiet. Truly only showing his true self while alone with
Moria. He can be goofy while it's only the two of them, and Moria loves
his goofy side. But in a snap, he won't hesitate to protect his mate and his child.

Silver – The Heir 🪨

Silver was a lost little pup, who wandered into Belegost many years ago.
Scratched up and starving, it was Moria herself that brought them in and
nursed the young pup back to health. It wasn't soon after that they were
adopted as the Queen and Kings child.

Although having a rough start, Silver is an optimistic wolf. Never letting
anything bring down their mood. With a pep in their step, and a sarcastic
attitude, the next heir to the throne of Belegost still has many things to learn.
