WW Befriend rates?

So when I first joined the game (last Sunday so it’s my 1 week anni apparently :O) I got through 63 wolf encounters before getting my first wolf.

I have been regularly (super healthily totally) grinding wolves and noticed something… I have gotten around 25 total wolves, and the past 18 wolves had less than 3 failed attempts between them if not getting them in a row (best was 4 in a row).

I know the rates are supposed to be 1 in 10, so i was wondering if they increased the rates…

Update:

had 8 encounters so far today and 4 new wolves…

That's quite lucky!

I've had rotten luck this week and have only gotten 3 WWs, but last week I managed to get a bunch. I'm still sure the chance is 1 in 10. ^^ Some days are just probably luckier than others.
