@OverTheMoon Thanks! That thread is useful.

Re: Furlogs, you can find them at the Icerun camp as a battle encounter

Hi, is there a guide anywhere that explains how to tell what rarity something is? I assume it has something to do with the item color, but, for example, I was looking at the fishing achievements and one mentions “uncommon or higher” fish and I have no idea what colors correspond to uncommon or any other rarity, or what those other rarities even are.

there seems to be a new (or new to me) symbol under a wolf in den that has the piggybank symbol but with a heart inside. for me, its wolves that arent for sale. it's similar to tho piggybank symbol for wolves that are for sale.

----

i cant seem to edit a wolfs bio on mobile. is this a known glitch or am i just unlucky?

@TypingDragon

I searched on their Discord channel and finally found where I read about item rarity/colors - here you go!:

"...rarities are indicated by the item background color where grey = common, green = uncommon, blue = rare, purple = epic, and orange = legendary"

@foxbunny The heart-piggybank symbol signifies that a wolf is listed on the Flea Market "for stud", meaning a player can have one of their wolves mate with the listed wolf for the listed price (as far as I'm aware, you can only list male wolves for stud).

Idk about the mobile thing, though. I actually wasn't sure you could access this site on mobile lol

Breeds and mating --

I saw posts that said you could get a bracchus wolf puppy and cross it to a different breed. So cross-breeding works.

But how does it work? Do you get half the pups from each parent's breed, or random, or some non-breed mix and back-cross more times?

Are there any crosses that are disallowed?

I'm a noob, 4 wolves so far, so ignorance is me. Thanks in advance for an explanation

@RavenMagic you can breed any breed with any other breed you want. The offspring can be either of the parents' breeds, and the chances depend on the rarity of the breed. So kit, jocol and lupin are most common. When crossbred with each other, it's a 50/50 chance what breed the pups will be. But the Zerda, being the most expensive moonstone breed (and therefore being the rarest) bred with, say a kit, would result in a much larger chance at kits than zerdas. I don't know the exact chances though I'm sure there is a guide somewhere where folks are crunching the numbers. Basically the more common one of the breeds is relative to the other, the bigger the chances the pups will inherit that breed.

@Gaia, THANK YOU. That was a terrific answer and I can use that to decide on breeding attempts.
