In the way we can find wild wolves it would be interesting to find “lost or abandoned pups” that you take into your pack. These would be very rare encounters, rarer than Wild wolves, but an auto get. You would get randomized pup from the starting breeds and markings!

Ooh okay, so I've just been in the “auto-get” post saying I actually prefer the layered RNG/planned token mechanic, but if they implemented a separate auto-get event and kept WWs (+ tokens) the same, I am totally down for that! Having it be a pup is a super cute idea! Seems like a pretty good compromise actually, why didn't I think of that, lol. Porque no los dos?!

I think this would help solve some of the current frustrations with wild wolves and I think it being a more rare event would help counterbalance the auto-get.

I can't help but think this should be worked into the in progress pity token system somehow, maybe past a certain threshold there or after a certain amount of failed wild wolf encounters they would become more common before resetting again on a pup encounter or after anothet successful wild wolf encounter?

i like this idea and i think it's a great middle-ground to the WW frustrations!

Actually another rare(r?) event sounds nice! Would also add variety to what we see (instead of just adult wolves, it'll be tiny puppers). It also feels in line with the lore since it is likely that there would be lost pups out there.
