I don't know how many mods/community managers we have here, but i had the idea that they could be paid with moonstones!
And that, each time they solve an issue or do other mod work they are awarded with a small amount of Moonstones!
You could do the payment solely that way too!
I think it would give an nice incentive for the mods to be more present in the community!
What do you think?
Or maybe some different kind of reward?
Like a free CAT? Something else?
