Wolves at Level 10 No Longer Gaining XP?

Hello! I only began playing a few days ago, so I am unsure of how high the leveling system goes, but I have three wolves that are stuck at Level 10 and no matter how much XP they earn it says 0/247 XP. My lower level wolves seem to be leveling up, so idk. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

It is kinda annoying seeing the "gaining" Exp when they're at the max level 10 but there was a thing last year with a sort of action plan that was going to increase it to 20. Haven't heard anything about that since though
