Draw People, Anthros, and Ferals

I can't:

Draw Scenes/Backgrounds (working on it)

Refund Policy:

MS/Pebbles Refund - I'm willing to give a refund before doing any lineart! (Pebbles are not accurate/related to the how much MS are sold in Flea Market!)

USD - I'm willing to give a refund before doing any lineart, however I cannot give a full refund, due to the fact it'll be taxed.

Hi! Which payment method would you prefer? USD or Moonstones?

For USD it'd be a +$2 USD for an extra character, so Moonstone wise, it'd be a +20 MS! So roughly $16 USD or 160 MS.
