I've briefly skimmed the announcements and patch notes, but it seems a lot quieter here than the initial opening rush. How is the community? Is getting WWs any easier? Has the meta on things changed at all?

I used to grind the campaign areas relentlessly for stuff to sell for cash, but I looked on the Flea Market and people are selling crazy (to me) amounts of Pebbles for very low Moonstones. What happened?

Lastly, what have you all been up to? What kind of long-term goals are y'all working towards?

nothing new. wws are harder to get now it seems. economy tanked pebbles worth less

ack. Is the tanking just the economy settling down or did something happen? I never get too into the economy of games but it threw me for a loop seeing several hundred thousand pebbles just Out There like that haha.

It's a shame WWs are more difficult. I would have thought it would be the opposite as time progressed. Oh well...

you didn't miss anything. Nothing has been added in months, especially anything of note for pebbles, causing the conversion rates to go crazy.
WW definitely seem harder to get in the campaign. You now need two wolves for the highest tier campaign grinding, but nothing really meta changing

The largest update since launch has been the referral update in june, but apart from the referral companions, nothing else has been added since then

There just hasnt been any new content and very minimal interaction from the devs so players are losing interest/leaving back to fr/whatever. plus pebbles are so easy to amass you can get unlimited per day but only 2.5 ms worth of shards per day. so people are pebble millionaires at this point with nothing to spend it on

The rates on WWs have not altered since launch. You can get kb to get a WW...WWs and CA are the only things worth money right now...literally nothing else has happened in months, we are all just waiting for the originally postponed achievement update and it'll be like 3 months now. It seems the devs are on as much of a hiatus as you were...no one knows where they are, what they're doing, etc...all we know is that they said they no longer want to do eta's / project deadlines because they can't actually meet them. It's feeling pretty darn dismal rn, tbh...

Every post here is 100% correct. All there is to do is what we started with. There's nothing from the devs, and no one knows what's going on, if anything. Personally, it feels the devs are done with LW and maybe onto some other project. Who knows. I may end up back at FR soon. I so regret spending gems on LW. :(

Yeah you missed nothing, we haven't had anything added since July :(

Waiting for an update.

Yeah, it's a bit grim around here. Mostly waiting to see if LW can claw its way back; one single good update ain't gonna do it, we need to see some consistency in those aspirational updates and better communication from staff for a while before the morale is gonna stay in a good place instead of springing back n forth constantly.

I'm personally working on breeding projects, but it's gettin' harder-- fewer wolves are showing up on the flea market each week, and most of the people sellin' are the same people still tryin' to sell the same dogs. There's just not enough reason to release wolves to inspire new wolf churn, aside from like.... boredom of lookin' at 'em. I play every day to get my free MS shards & keep breeding pairs on CD hunting for the pups I'm looking for from 'em, but at this point even I'm only bothering to list the pups I actually think are cute. :P
