What have you guys found to be the most common colour combinations?

With my looking around (Main and bracchus), it seems to me that the most common colour combination is monochrome, followed by red to orange range and blue ranges, With greens being the most uncommon

I saw a lot of greens actually. Never saw a full-yellow range wolf.

My answer depends on what I'm looking at! I generally see a lot of natural tones, "themed" tones (watermelon, sunrise/sunset, etc.), and pastels on bred wolves, while WWs I tend to see a lot of green.

How is it that you are looking around? Are you looking on the flea market? Manually hopping around other accounts? Taking informal polls? I'm curious to know how you are finding and tallying wolves. I don't see very many reds and oranges at all in fact, I see mostly blues and purples, but then again that's what I'm looking for. So I'm wondering if I'm introducing my own bias. I also wonder what the impact of the layout of the color wheel is on popularity. The monochromes are very easy to breed in a limited fashion and a lot of people working with Blues are also working with the monochrome palette because they're adjacent on the wheel. Yellow is such a small range compared to the other colors it's hard to find wolves in the entirely yellow color family, although I do have one friend who recently joined who made both of their starters yellow for this very reason LOL they wanted people to have some yellow options I guess. There's a little subset of people who adore green wolves but wild wolves end up so often having green in the most unfortunate combinations and the most unfortunate places, that green holds a special place in some people's heart as a color they don't want at all. Again that's kind of down to where green is on the color palette and also I think green being one of the primary brand colors for LW and having a special place in the dev's hearts.

my results are kinda biased, I have been looking almost exclusively at g2 bracchus and those are the colour ranges I've seen the most of there

Ah, OK. I don't particularly care about one breed over the others, or generations. It makes sense if you're looking at such a specific subpopulation then you would see different things than I, a person not looking at them, would notice more in the game.

In my experience, greyscale definitely seems to be the most popular, with purples and blues coming up next. I feel like that has more to do with purple and blue being on either side of the true greys, white, and black, so any time you breed something with white/grey/black with another color like yellow or green, it'll have to go through either purple or blue to get there. I'm noticing a lot more curated natural colors coming up as people can refine their breeding pairs, too. A lot of blondes lately.
