I believe I found an oversight during Darkspine's "Joining the Darkspine Pack" quest--I don't think this has been mentioned before, but I apologize if it has.
When Glyndor tells you that you seem to have forgotten your manners, you're given the following option:
- Remain silent.
Glyndor replies with:
- How interesting...Very well, come find me later. I have some things to do first. He winks at you, and before you can say anything more, he vanishes.
Despite Glyndor vanishing, you're able to say the following:
- I wish to join.
At this point, Glyndor repeats his previous lines:
- How interesting...Very well, come find me later. I have some things to do first. He winks at you, and before you can say anything more, he vanishes.
If intended, it still feels very out of place!
