Generation seems to be a huge selling point at the moment, and I guess I'm just curious to what extent players really care about it. For me, I'm more likely to pay more for a G2 puppy simply because of the convenience; they're going to be able to breed with pretty much any wolf and right now that's a huge selling point. I'll also consider paying a bit more for G3s, but by the point wolves are marketed as G4s and even G5s, it's not worth any extra price tag for me. I imagine the appeal of even G2s will decrease for me as the game gets older and it starts becoming rarer for two random wolves to be related to each other.
Thoughts? Do you like buying low-generation wolves for a different reason? Is there a different cutoff point for you when they stop becoming worth more in your eyes? Do you not care about generation at all?
