I definitely recommend going through the Campaign story/stories first if you haven't started them already. You can level your wolf or wolves up, gather up some items, and get a feel for some of what Lorwolf has to offer through it.
Also the Game Guide section has a lot of helpful information in it if you find yourself with some time on your hands. Otherwise, if you have any questions, you're more than welcome to ping/message me!
