I never cared about gen1 in FR or here, generations simply don't matter much to me. However, in FR I was hesitant to hatch any egg I got, because I could likely make far more money from selling the unhatched egg. Here they come ... pre-hatched... there is no mystery state. I kinda like it because I'm a huge fan of RNG surprises. Over on FR I would breed really wide ranges in hopes of getting hidden gems. Because I feel like there's no lost money from these, and they're much more attainable for me. (Coli caused me pain over long periods of time) I actually rather like the WWs here. However... I still don't view them much as gen1s specifically. Just like in FR I was the one breeding Gen1 dragons and making people crazy. X'D

I guess also they come pre-gened... there's no default basic gene, and the extra pallets such as eyes and base coat add to the RNG factor. I always had strange taste in dragons too, I like the "ugly" ones so I think it suits me just fine.

I even kinda like the really really really ugly WW I got recently. Star Sterling, if anybody is curious. XD

I tend to hoard g1s on FR also, and i think it transferred over to LW because I personally love WWs for no reason. I don’t even know why, I just want as many as possible.

I thought they were meh at first, but now I have to admit that I love finding nice ones. They can really open my eyes to new and interesting color combos.

I agree with Winterspell and I personally don't care about Gen. I care about pretty wolves. My personal collection is whatever I find pretty. Same with FR. The crazy color wheel makes breeding harder so getting beautiful color combos is more important to me.

As for WW, I do like them because I think it's cute that my pack is trying to be open and friendly to new comers. It's more of a lore thing for me than an accolade. I did buy one WW that looks darn near perfect for a fox color wise, but the other was traded to me for my referrer, and the only WW I found may not be the prettiest, but the Autumn colors make a nice theme, and she chose to join my pack so she stays.

WW collector here! personally, I like them since they allow me to pace myself out and keep a minimalistic den. It feels a lot easier to collect G1s on Flight Rising which can make it... hard on the wallet and the ambitions. Since I have specific color themes I'm aiming for here, I don't have to worry about spending hundreds of Moonstones at once.

Right now, the best aspect for them is the worst aspect for me, since I'm currently trying to get analogous or cool colors. RNG sure loves making sure I don't get that color range, though! But I like the forced patience of it.

Still, my, uh, Volmyr addiction is going to be concerning in the long-run. Hoping we never get anything snakey or reptilely since I'm never going to see my wallet again if so...
