Let's go straight to the point as a beginning. My shop will obviously change later, but for now, that's how it is.

• Apparels aren't available yet. (Except nose, eyes and scars apparels)
• You'll receive an unwatermarked version of the adopt(artist tag remain).
• I'll complete your adoptable as soon as I can! Meaning it may take 1 day/1 week or more depending of my health, to-do list lenght, e.t.c. I'll try to not exceed a month, but I cannot promise in case if stuffs come up. And I always prioritize USD orders.
  

*P.S: If you notice I currently have a long to-do, you can expect me to take longer before finishing your order. I own limited energy, fragile physical and mental health, therefore I do take pauses between my art sessions and will prioritize my health above pixel dragons money. If you're on my list, keep in mind that it is SURE I'll get done what you've asked for, I simply ask for patience. You can contact me if I do exceed 1 month wait, don't be passive-aggressive about it. I'm always open to discuss and everything into a calm chat.

• I don't keep any of the SAI/PSD files of the adopts I do. You can ask for fixes when I've just completed your adoptable if I've done any errors, but after that, asking for fixes will be impossible unless you order again.
  

*Clarification about 'fix'; I'll only do fix when it is an error on my side or missing details that have been CLEARLY mentioned when placing your order. If it's just you asking that I change the hue of a gene, eyes, e.t.c, yet you didn't mention it initially in your order comment, chance is that I'll ignore you. Keep in mind that each time people ask for a fix, I've to redo the whole adoptable, so you can understand how it turns tiring on the long run.
I ask you to be VERY clear when you're writing down your order, please it'll be immensely appreciated!

• Please, DON'T remove my signature nor my artist tag - if you wanna post on another website, give credits to me somewhere (either my DA, Twitter or LW)
• When I've sent your adoptable over, save it! I'm NOT going to keep it forever uploaded. DON'T use the stash DA picture link for your coding, these don't work at all and again, I'm not going to keep these uploaded for long. Host your adopt yourself on another website.

*You can always ask to get your finished adoptables pictures again if you ever lost them, e.t.c. Just ask me via PM and please, show me which adoptables/characters otherwise it is impossible for me to figure out which you're talking about.

Payment:

• Payments need to be done upfront. Send a PM when I've confirmed your order ONLY! Yes, I do collect the payment via PM before completing my adopts, not after.
• If paying with real life money, the payment MUST be done through Paypal and send in USD currency. I'll use Paypal.me to receive payments. Infos will be send via PMs, DON'T send any Paypal infos publicly.

• When I've confirmed your order, you have 48 hours to send your payment. If I didn't receive any payment from you after 48 hours, I'll re-ping/message you and leave you another 24 hours to send the payment. Then, if you still haven't sent me anything, I'll cancel your order.

P.S: I HONESTLY appreciate when my customers keep me updated or ever decide to cancel their order. If I catch you ghosting on me or anything, chance are that I might put you on a personal 'beware list' for future references. No time wasters.

• No refunds when payments have been sent.
