I recommend checking Guides section in forum also each activities have a tutorial button next to it to help out if you don't know how to start with those activities but more advence guides about them are in forum guide section

I suggest starting out with the campaign stories as they will help level your wolves and you'll get some items to help you start off. Another great thing to do if you have the time is browse the Guide section in the Forum as the above user mentioned. There's a lot of handy information to be found!
