CAs need to be able to be on the flea market.

There is absolutely no reason why CAs can't be on the flea market. Please let CAs be on there.

Make a thread to sell!

Threads are slow and do not get attention like Discord.

I should not have to use a third-party application for basic site functions.

You shouldn't buy CAs you don't intend to use.

All the ones I've bought I tried to enjoy or fell out of love with. This site also doesn't help users with its god awful preview system. White markings on a white wolf anyone?

This will hurt the original CA artist's sales.

You know what can also hurt artists? A stagnant economy where users have a hurdle to climb for trading. I have zero desire to buy any moonstones from LW because I know I can't get that back without tedious effort. It's just not worth it with LW's current system.

Even if LW allowed a user to place three CAs or something at a time, it'd be so helpful. Please consider adding this as a feature.

i can't really figure out why this rule was implemented in the first place. if the concern is people monopolizing lots of CAs and flipping them for a profit, simply limit the price a CA can be sold for to the original cost? it seems like a very straightforward solution. perhaps there's some complicated spaghetti code on the backend that makes it impossible, but that seems unlikely.

  1. Threads are slow and do not get attention like Discord.
  2. I should not have to use a third-party application for basic site functions.

i agree with both of these points. i really hate working out trades over discord because there is no easily-accessible record of our discussion as there is with a forum thread or private message.

  1. This will hurt the original CA artist's sales.

this seems like a strawman argument. people are almost certainly going to go look at the clearly labeled and linked page for Custom Apparel to idly browse CAs, and only look in the flea market if they are searching for a specific CA that isn't in stock in the Custom Apparel shop. currently those people searching for a specific CA have no choice but to post on the forum and just hope that someone out there has it AND doesnt want it and ALSO happens to come across the thread. we can take out at least one of those unlikelihoods by allowing CAs to be listed in the flea market.

I agree completely, I don't see why we can't sell the CA on the market.

I would prefer not to have CA on the Flea Market. From a buyer's pov, I feel as though putting it on the Flea market would make me NEED to look in both places for the best deal and that would be an extra layer of inconvenience.

A 5% market up or something higher on any flea market sales would encourage folks to buy first from the CA page before checking on the flea market.

People would have the ability to sell CAs and continue to circulate moonstones easier and folks know where to get the best of savings first.

And if it was for higher on the Flea Market, then the only reason to check there would be if it wasn't stocked in the first place. I don't think adding more items to an already massive Flea Market would be a good idea at the current time.

That's kind of the point. If folks don't want to wait for stocking or an artist has retired, they can go check on the FM.

It would be its own tab for CAs. Are you not filtering your searches when you're on the flea market? We already have 180+ pages of items and twelve pages of bones alone. I think we'd be okay with some CAs on there.

I am filtering my searches. Sometimes the searches aren't precise, and you get things other than what you're looking for. As an example, if I'm looking for peanuts, I'll get peanut seeds, and green peanuts. Add someone who say made a peanut costume to the mix, and it would start getting to be more of a hassle to wade through everything.
I also don't think CA's are a necessary part of the game, which is why they shouldn't be able to be listed on the Flea Market. They are bonus. Having them be able to be listed on the Flea Market won't start magically moving Moonstones around, especially if items one can use are sitting there and not moving. If someone has spent 10 dollars on a CA, then they aren't going to be in a rush to resell them any time soon.

That sounds more like LW just being a poo with its filters. With that argument I can claim if LW adds anymore additional items to the site no matter what it'll throw even more useless things on the AH.

It would absolutely move moonstones around faster. There is a stagnation with LW torn with its Discord inhaling so much out of the community on to that platform. Buyer remorse is a thing. Right now the current system sucks due to a multi-layer issue. LW should help users on its own site sell things better.

I can tell you as someone who's spent well over 10 bucks I can be in a very quick rush to sell a CA. Why? The preview system on this site is absolute garbage. It is so small (lol I got vision issues) and so limited. Again with the buyer remorse. I do agree with one thing--CAs aren't necessary however... My game enjoyment is getting cool CAs to make my woofs pretty. :)

Support this, I've seen people looking for certain CA's and the artist has either stopped playing for 2 weeks or more or hasn't restocked their CA's as they have been busy with other projects. Having them be listed in the FM would be of great help.
