[Campaign] Make Kapros encounter guaranteed and change Ox/Stork encounter

Spoiler ahead for those who do not know yet and want to figure out themselves how to get these three companions.

The Stork and Ox can be obtained via a specific scenario once you've reached lv35 in fishing and mining respectively. They do however require, in my opinion, quite a steep price in exchange. Because of this, I don't have much interest in doing the trade more than once. However, the trade keeps popping up incredibly often. It feels like a waste of stamina and of time, having to constantly ignore that encounter. I see a couple ways in which this can be mended.

1. When encountering the scenario, get the option to either trade for the companion (as is now the case) or 'ignore it' and instead get some fish or ores in return. That way it isn't a complete waste.

2. Drastically lower the encounter chance. Since the addition is permanent, having it show up as often as it does feels unncessary

3. Give us a chance to turn off these extra encounters.

Tthe Kapros on the other hand simply refuses to show up. The method of even being eligible for this encounter feel quite difficult and grindy enough that also having the ridiculously low encounter rate simply feels like too much. The recipe for the gold chain is exceptionally rare in the MM. Then you need to be either high enough level in hunting (lv30) or mining (lv43) to get your hands on gold. And then you need to unlock the level 43 mining area to get the fluorescent ore. Then you have to spend 50 festival tickets to buy the recipe in the mining shop before you can craft this amulet. And then you also need to be lv30 in crafting to make both the gold chain and the amulet itself. On top of that, having to spend literal hours in the campaign to get the encounter is ... not good. On top of that, the Kapros is a boss encounter that you need to defeat! This means that grinding with just 1 wolf and 1 companion, to save on stamina, is likely to result in a loss!

Considering the fact that the amulet is consumed once you've done the encounter successfully, I think, the encounter should be guaranteed once you tick all the necessary boxes and are in the right area. Given the fact that the amulet is single use, I don't see how this could be abused. If you manage to scrape enough ingredients together to craft a second amulet, you deserve to get a second Kapros!

TDLR: Either lower the encounter rates for Ox/Stork scenario's drastically, allow us to turn these encounters off (e.g. make them optional) or give us a reward if you opt to ignore the scenario. And make the Kapros encounter guaranteed once you fulfill the necessary requirements.

"You need to be a high enough level in crafting (lv30 IIRC) for the gold chain recipe to even show up in the MM."

This part is not true--it's just very rare. I purchased one and my crafting level is less than 30.

@Baubor, ah then I was misinformed at the time. Doesn't take away that you still need to be lv30 to craft both the gold chain and the amulet itself.

Gold is also available through a level 30 treasure Hunt. However, since I do believe getting enough takes multiple successful attempts, that's still hard to do.

I do support tweaking it a little for the kapros. I mean, you're already doing so much to get the chance to get it in the first place. And having to play a lot of waiting games already hoping for the recipe to come up and waiting for the mining mayhem shop to show up. So yes, it being even slightly easier to get would be nice.

And yeah, I super support changing up the ox/stork a bit. I haven't gotten the stork yet, but the ox is annoying. I don't need tons of them, and I am tired of the fact that I usually see it multiple times within one stamina bar.

It would be nice if we had trigger items for quests, and have them appear at equal intervals to one another. Stork totem, ox totem. Add them to the MM. You buy the totem if you want the quest to pop up. Nothing massively expensive (not like the other totems, ouch) More like the hunting items like the moonlight rose, the nomad's luck. And don't put them as drops anywhere, that way it's a conscious choice to trigger the quest and not a "whoops I guess this dropped somewhere"
