Hello, I opened a support ticket on June 6 which was 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any responses. Do you guys know if there is a way to follow up on the ticket? Should I maybe submit a new one? Thanks for the help.
Unfortunately, you might be waiting a lot longer. I have one that's been unanswered for a month. I'm sure it depends on the nature of the ticket, though, and mine was pretty unimportant in the grand scheme of things, so I hope you get an answer sooner!
