Unrandomise food for Tiny and Biggs

The issue:

The paid-for QoL feature for farming has become more cumbersome to use given it now also includes food items for which you need to dedicate specific grinding in one very low-level location, while the other food items' ingredients can be sourced from multiple instead.
I find myself using the feature less and waiting for the 'right' food item is...eeeeh???? Very clunky gameplay-wise. I've only ever seen a food item I'd be able to give at a time when paying bigs and tiny would be wasteful as I was not planning to play the game anymore for the day. Cycling was somewhat bearable with 2 items, it's not great with so many as we have now.

There is nothing really reasonable on why there would be even cycling. Imagine if cooking, mining, and fishing disincentivised you from paying pebbles to use their QoL feature because of RNG reasons.
Bigs and tiny gardening for you is what helps you not have to babysit the farming area half an hour by half an hour. Having to babysit the farming area hour by hour to not have to babysit it for 12 hours is...almost oxymoronic.

The suggestion:

Have all food items that the duo take displayed like in the inventory above the 'give food button' and you select it like when selecting items in the flea market. Great, this gives me choice and agency.
Alternatively, the give food button leads to a selection screen where you confirm your choice.

I don't think paying pebbles to 'reroll' the choice is a great idea. I'd rather just pay in pebbles straight to get crop babysitting, but that's not as flavourful.

Support.

Mentioned this on another thread, but even the two was rough. Every time I had a specific timeframe I needed to feed them this last weekend, it was bug soup every. single. time. I had to make more bug soup because they refused to offer pie, and I didn't have the time to wait 40+ minutes to feed them pie instead (and judging by a lower comment they can ask for the same thing multiple times in a row?? So I might not have seen them ask for pie at all. That needs to be removed if nothing else.).

And now since there's more things, including things I don't have (and can't get? I might be unlucky but I haven't seen the red potatoes in the food campaign event at all, and I am not high enough level to get greylings in fishing), it's gonna be harder in the long run if it isn't changed.

Support. I didn't farm at all yesterday because I couldn't catch them when they were accepting the food I had. I got lucky this morning but I shouldn't have to get lucky for a QOL feature.

Support. Even before, I had to grind for the bugs a lot, but now, there's no good way to actually grind some of these ingredients (and the campaign event is not a "good way").

No support. The new recipes provide incentive to trade with other players, and having certain things only available in low-level areas levels the playing field for new players. It also allows more experienced to diversify their game play--not everyone cares about WWs or likes grinding bosses; now they have seriously lucrative alternatives.

It seems really brutal right now because it was just introduced yesterday. But soon players who enjoy grinding for those items will emerge and start selling/trading them. Players who stick with the higher level areas can sell/trade the higher level rewards to them. This will make a more robust economy and provide the game a lot more interest.

Support! It's not just the low level area. Some of the things seem to be limited to the MM, which refreshes very little and stocks very little as well. That's quite some RNG to depend on, and quite a bit of waiting.

Adding to my previous post: You also only need a stack of six of each at any given time if you're being really careful--two of each would also be reasonable, and there are only nine relevant recipes to begin, 2-3 of which are older ones that everyone should already have a stack of (I'm not sure if they take the cookies). Once you've gotten this put together, it's just a matter of replacing your stacks as you slowly use them, which isn't that big of a deal, especially if you've comfortable using the FM or trading with others. This will be much less of a stress point in like 2-3 weeks.

If you suppose we, and I believe I will have no issue actually acquiring all those food items, have a stock of 6 items each that regularly gets refreshed.

What difference does it make if I have no choice between giving them a specific food item and giving them a random item? Other than a QoL feature is inaccessible without specific hassle for the people who do not play a lot of Lorwolf, and such a feature is mechanically inclined to help people who do not have time to constantly open the game.

Then what's the point of the given item cycling?

Trading? No, the produce sold better than the food items for the Qol, because people could always do without/play stingy and not give bigs and tiny food at all. The added food items will either be prohibitively expensive for a QoL feature (as is now) due to specialised items being poorly accessible and you can always play stingy and still produce a lot of food. Or they'll become so cheap because everyone has them and there is no reason to trade them and we're at a point of Why is it cycling again if it doesn't make a difference?

big support.

the inclusion of new food items that i currently don't have the ingredients to make made me miss out on farming time...during a farming event.

i'm lucky enough to have the spare time that it wasn't too bad to wait around to feed them (even though the very same item was requested the next time as well which i feel really shouldn't happen, at least it should cycle through options), but other players aren't all gonna be that lucky. casual players especially, since they might not have enough time to grind OR enough currency/items to trade for the needed ingredients/food.

Support! I would prefer this over a reroll, since the food itself is already a payment, and I'd rather not have to pay extra on top of it. And, yeah, I'm definitely one of those "stingy" players that if I haven't got the food, then T&B just don't get anything. lol
