So I traded one of my wolves for another one, this is the link to the wolf I gave away

and... she appears in no lair, but neither does the message of "this wolf has been released" appear??? Is this a bug or something...
UPDATE: as soon as she got claimed, the wolf went to her new owner! she has been freed from the limbo!
I bet the person you're trading with just hasn't "claimed" the wolf yet, from the trade message. Once they do that, the wolf should appear properly in their den!
The new owner probably released them. I think the "this wolf has been released" message only comes up if you released them.
Correct me if I'm wrong!

@ABird oh I wasnt aware, I sent a pup to another player and the pup remained in my den until it got claimed o.o
@Adamented Well I have seen that message and I've never released a wolf, so anyone can see it ^^
I've seen a couple players experience this glitch before!
While in both cases so far the wolf eventually landed, i think this is definitely support message to make sure the wolf is recovered worthy!
There should be a bug report for similar in the bug report forum as well iirc you could add onto for extra data
