I've never used Koda. I enjoy fishing without the bear's assistance.

I like fishing too but it definitely gets old haha, it could be cool to have to “level up” Koda or ask him to fish certain areas

It seems most users I have asked say that fishing is their least favorite activity. I dont really understand why, I kinda enjoy it ^^

I personally have never hired Koda , but I know so many people who rely on him! xD

I don't particularly enjoy fishing and wish it came up less often on the "activities" (along with gauntlet), so I do hire Koda 2-3 times a day so I can actually do it less xD

I've come to use Koda once per day and it's now known as "The Bear's Hour." I do some funky stuff to push the activity bubbles through quickly--normally the Catch 15s are the worst activity slow-down because of the trip resets, but you can actually get four done in an hour (and get started on a fifth) if you're tricky enough with Koda.

Folks sniff at the payouts from activity bubbles but if you're spamming 1-5 of them per minute, you make a pretty good chunk of change. I make about 50kps on a bear's hour and that's before factoring in all the trinkets etc., It's probably not as lucrative as boss farming but you get a lot of profession experience and other resources out of it, plus IMO it's not as boring.

The hour doesn't strictly have to be tied to Koda but it helps to have clear start-stops mentally, plus you won't get stuck on Catch 15s after the first two.

I never ever intend to fish manually ever again. I hate fishing so much. Its slow, and its a nightmare to try to keep my attention on a static image for that long. So I exclusively fish using Koda now. He seems to give back just as much fish if not more than I'd be able to catch in my 3 trips myself.

Always. I hate fishing and literally only use it to complete the fishing task. So getting it automatically done helps with that as I don't have the attention span to wait and look at a screen for a minute at a time without getting distracted

I do both, I'll hire Koda (pretty sure Koda is a her, BTW to everybody) and do the Fishing game at the same time, I may or may not have partly bought a touch-screen laptop last time I was in the market for one for the Fishing game. And other stuff where touchscreen is handy that too.

i also do both! i don't need the fish really, but the fact that i can pay pebbles to get fishing experience is soooo nice. its been taking forever to level up 'cause the minigame is limited and tedious.
