What I can't seem to say in a concise way fror the title, is that more complex food items should give more stamina than the sum of their parts. This is more for recipes yet to come but looking at the cooking shop shows some examples.
The plain and rye breads are 10 stamina. A little low but ok, it's just bread after all. However, the buttered and honeyed breads are also 10 stamina! Butter and honey are loaded with fat and sugar respectively. Surely the stamina these items give should be higher?
Honestly, the only item I could understand being lower stamina than the sum of it's parts is flour, but even then six wheat sheaves is a little steep.
