CA art must be printed by artist?

just a quick question that i couldn't find the answer to with a cursory search and some thread skimming:

am i allowed to print CA that includes art which doesn't belong to me, provided i have the permission of the artist? the artist does not have a lorwolf account, and it seems silly to have him make an account just to print CA's, lol.

but i understand if that's the rule! just can't find the answer one way or the other.

(this rule includes collaborations/use of any art not made by you - you can not even use F2U brushes if they were designed by anyone other than you)

if the artist wants to print CAs - he must make an account to print them/reprint them
