This confused me at first as well. Maybe up it by +10, so basically this encounter is free plus another one after? Support.
Support! Same with the water encounter, and moth encounter. The flavour text of those encounters is pretty misleading, when stamina isn't actually refilled. I like the idea of getting +10 or so, like VultureQuills suggested.
