The same thing is happening to me and I'm starting to wonder if it's a bug, or if the devs decided to change how getting tickets from daily activities works. Because I do get 5 tickets from the "10 Activieties"-Activity. (But my memory is terrible and I have honestly no clue how many tickets you could get from the daily activities before. xp)

Before you could get 10 tickets at rollover from activities. The Pageant Vote one, for example, was always worth a ticket.

so i'm still stuck at 81 tickets and with two days left that means i can't really afford much of any CC stuff that isn't trinkets. a bulk bone paste recipe and one antler recipe and that's it.

i would've liked to have gotten one of the new companions or something.

Yup day 4 of bugged tickets and someone was told on the Discord help to submit a ticket.

They're back now but I'm still missing 20 tickets.

This has been happening to me, too! I thought it was intentional, until the "normal" rewards came back today. I had completed all crafting and daily activities, but I'm only at 95 tickets, because I was not given the 5 1-ticket daily rewards for the past four days.
