I recently obtained the fluorescent necklace to trigger the special encounter connected to it but cannot seem to trigger it at all. I have spent nearly 2 hours in the campaign at this point and have tried:
-removing all apparel except the necklace
-going with a team and solo
-made the wolf wearing the necklace in the first party slot
-grinding in the third area of murkwood
I have gotten over 20 ww encounters and yet still no kapros. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong? I understand the encounter is rare but it can't be this rare?
