Yes! There are people who seek out palindromes! It depends entirely on the palindrome in question, as some are more desirable than others, however I could not say specifically the price range as that's going to vary depending on whether it's a g1, colors, the ID in question, ect.
Best bet is to auction it off if you're interested in selling, in my opinion. ^_^
