This happens in google chrome too, on all devices I've tried.
After looking through inspect element I did find that even in dark mode, H2 headers are coded to be that color so it's possible that it just got missed when making changes to the site to accomodate dark mode
(the CSS for h2 headers is this)

font-size: 3em;
margin: 0 0 20px 0;
color: #222;
}
Color #222 is a dark grey that is the same color as the dark mode forum post background.
