I personally struggle with the Fishing Mini-Game (using a mouse) just because of how shaky my hands can get-
So I was thinking of a way to add an Idle Feature to this specific task.
This is not a suggestion to completely erase the Fishing Game.
Instead it would be an additional feature.

The Idea - Fishing Nets!
* A craft-able item, that after each use, would lose durability and eventually need to be re-placed. Similar to how the Wheel and Pickaxe work in Mining.
Check on the Fishing Net every 15 Minutes (example) for a Haul of Fish.
Each fishing haul would also provide some Fishing EXP!
* Fish caught in the nets should count towards the Fishing Tasks.
* I was thinking it could potentially utilize the Cute Bear NPC (Who I think might be named Koda…? That's what I saw once, anyways-) And request they set up the Fishing Nets. We provide the Fishing Nets… And then check back with Koda later to see what we got!
* Nets could even come in different sizes - Small, Medium, Large… For Bigger Fishing Hauls!
And even different durability - Weak, Sturdy, Re-Enforced…? To Last Longer!
* You would need to Level Up your crafting profession to craft the Bigger/Stronger Nets. Intertwining the 2 Different Professions.
These new recipes should require already in-game items to create… Such as String, Scraps, or Strips. Giving these materials another crafting use.

Again, not replacing the current mini-game feature.
This would just be an optional side-feature…
Sort of like Feeding the Gardener to look after your crops?
Maybe we have to also provide a meal to Koda to set up the nets nwn
