How to get the Freed Kapros companion?

Just as title says, how do I get this companion? I saw a post on discord of someone that got it from the campaign. But which area is it? I thought it would be Murkwood, but I do not see the encounter for it. Thank you!

I believe it only appears if one of the wolves in your party is wearing a Fluorescent Amulet. The recipe for a Fluorescent Amulet can be obtained from the Mining Mayhem shop.
