Hey, so like, there's basically just 3, maybe 4 main people working on the site and it's insane to me to think they're having to judge site managing as well as doing things like trying to accept custom apparel. Things are already moving at a bit of a snails pace and it's only going to get more intense as time goes.
So please hire someone onto the team whose job is specifically to judge custom apparel. It both seems like a lot of work and would make sense as a paid position and also would make custom apparel more manageable.
The already very small team shouldn't be having to spread their work out so much, and should be able to focus on making things like new genes, site features and updates.
