As seen on this wolf https://www.lorwolf.com/Play/WolfDetails?id=15493 - they are wearing the silver cuff earrings, but they look like the mithril metal.

Similarly, the mithril nose ring item icon displays the colors of the lorium nose ring (using a lorium bar instead as I do not have a lorium nose ring). The item has the correct color when equipped, however, as can be seen in the screenshots in the post above.
