I was going to submit a design for a custom apparel, a background piece and I noticed that there was only a 1.5mb limit in size. Essentially I had to find a way to compress my art's file size which reduced it's quality to fill the rules.

For reference here are the sizes of the wolves. One is a staggering 7mb. Please either increase the size the size of the uploadable files or please consider allowing us to only upload the properly resized artwork. Because we have to upload the full scale which is a staggering 3000x2400. Any backgrounds or larger apparel has a chance to easily surpass the limit.

Unfortunately, 1.5mb is very tiny. But I think having a solid limit in place is important, for server reasons. Given those are layered files, I think they'd be a decent bit bigger than a flat .png, so they may not make the best examples, but still. I think maybe an increase to up to 5mb would still be manageable from both sides? I'm not sure just how big a png could get with those dimensions, but I'd think 5 would cover it in at least almost all cases, and wouldn't put too much strain on the server.

That's fair Orgetzu, I just wanted a quick reference for size but you're right they're probably a bit smaller! I agree 5 mb would probably cover it.
