change @fainauriel and divine to having bracc already

remove @froggegamer from both lists (if you ever change your mind feel free to come back!)

add @Fallstorn to both lists as no bracc currently!

Processed the above! I originally was trying to move people in relative order of when they signed up in the “having bracc” list, but since it became way too complicated, I'll be moving people to the bottom once a bracc is obtained (so there's some benefit in telling me sooner!)

But now on to an update! We have a new oceanic flower litter that I'll be pinging people for! Did you know there are plenty of flowering plants in the ocean, as well as flowers associated with ponds, lakes, and even shallow waters? (Did you know eelgrass has flowers? Because I sure didn't.) The only puppy available from the first litter is a cute little zerda, but there will be many more to come! I'll update the pup predictor once I get the time to, but until then…
