[Forums] Weird tooltip text on Forum Rank if the player is also a sub

So as more people get the Forum Rank ribbon thingie, I like to hover over the ribbon to see the stats. However, if a person is a Monthly Sub, it instead just pulls up like this:


When it should be closer to this:
