Can you send a ticket to close your account?

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask such questions but I’ve recently opened my account and I don’t really like the way I started.

Ended up regretting the choices I’ve made and I am not really happy with my progens.

I am looking for a way to close my account and have no idea what would be the best way to do it?

@Morus i think you should be able to close your account and start over (not sure how), i know someone that did

This is something that you should send in a ticket via Support to ask about, unless one of the moderators can confirm. I would not advise making a new account because of the one account rule.
