I think the mods should be allowed to manually adjust tags on Custom Apparel. Having to click/unclick tags myself after the mod sends it back with a note is pretty awkward and seems to generate more work for the mod. If my apparel's not going to be accepted over tags anyway, I'd rather the mod just change it for me and then maybe there's a followup note that can be auto-generated telling me which tags were changed.
