I love puppies but they're boring and all you do with them is level a companion and wait a week for them to be an adult. I think there should be some like “puppy only” activities for them to do. Like a puppy gauntlet or a puppy pageant. It's just sad sitting there staring at them waiting for them to be adults to do any activities.

Agreed! It be fun if your lead wolf could also play with the pups and give them a small EXP jump start (like play fighting)

Or a simple hunting quest that allows an adult wolf to bring 1 - 2 pups along to teach them how to hunt. This would also give them a small amount of EXP.

People who don't like to breed their wolves can always buy puppies [nice! a use for less conventionally desired wolves is always good] or splurge on the perma-puppy item [which is also good! gives people an excuse to actually use it outside of aesthetics, especially since perma-pups can't engage with many site mechanics]
