Hi, I am interested in making CAs but I noticed this sentence “If approved, your item will appear within the Custom Apparel Shop automatically. ”
I've seen people mention doing commission/customs for specific users, or reserving copies and I was wondering how this is possible if the CAs are auto-listed in the shop for you upon acceptance. Does the artist have control to remove them from the shop?
Right now, you can only make custom apparel in multiples of 5. You can reserve up to 5 copies for your personal inventory when you submit (preventing them from reaching the shop). However, reprinting means they have to be listed in the shop.
I'm not sure if anyone has tried buying their own apparel out of the shop once they relist it, but I'll get back to you on that.
Yeah it's basically what Desnik said. If you buy your own apparel from the shop you receive both the apparel and the money though, it just takes a few extra steps.
