yes!!! either change the text or add energy, it's too confusing right now for real
the successful water interaction also has the same issue
also, food isn't an problem only if you have 1 wolf in your party, it gets barely sustainable with 2 and the ability to have 3-5 at once just feels pointless at this point, so getting energy would actually be really helpful. but these interactions could also add a tiny amount of energy that wouldn't affect you much, less than 5
it's just flavour text (much like how wag/bark are just flavour text) - no, the difference is that eating is an actual game mechanic and wagging and barking aren't
it's also kinda annoying that wolves are meant to be cool and all and you have to spoonfeed them the food they found
