Auction Rules
You must specify which wolf (or wolves) you are bidding on, or your bid will not count.
Players may bid on multiple auctions but may only win one at a time. The auction with the higher bid will be considered first. Ping the last person on your chosen wolf. Different wolves may have different last bids, so take care with your pings.
Bids are judged on timestamp and amount.
You must ping the person you're outbidding or your bid will not count.
Pinging me is fine but not necessary.
I will endeavor to keep the OP of the den thread updated, but always check the last post for the most recent bid.
Auction ends 48 hours after the timestamp of the last relevant bid. This is also the snipe guard. Any new bids, even ones within the final second, extend the auction by 48 hours. This is to allow players in different time zones a fair chance at bidding.
I reserve the right to close the auction if it's going on too long, but if I do this I will send all participants a 24-hour ping. The snipe guard will shorten to 5 hours.
I reserve the right to reject bids or players depending on behavior I see in the thread or on discord.
Last Day Pings (LDP): Since my auction doesn’t have strict sell-by date, Last Day Pings may go out more than once. This ping will indicate that the auction has 24 hours remaining for bids. Those who remember my auctions on other sites may recall that I don’t like doing LDPs, but I feel like it’s prudent for this style of auction to have them. Please ask if you want an LDP. Otherwise, one will not be provided.
On backing out: If the top bidder backs out or is unable to pay, then the bid will revert to the second-highest bidder and be reopened for another 48 hours.
Payment is due within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion. No payment plans are accepted.
