Economy?

Yeah, I don't what to call this thread, heh heh ^^; Anyway, hey, I'm a newer player. Some friends of mine- who are also newer players- and I have been noticing in the Flea Market that some Lorwolves are for sale for… really high moonstone amounts. Even some of 10,000 moonstones, which is roughly $800 USD according to my math.

We've been theorizing the purpose of this a bit, but my curiosity has gotten the better of me. Is there a proper purpose for it? Is it so that it's listed as up for sale, but it is actually up for offers or something, rather than flat priced?

I'm not selling for 10k ms but I started off listing my double progen kiddo for 500ms and I'm slowly lowering it every day to see if anyone will buy it lol, I did manage to get lucky and sell a ww for 70 a gen2 for 150, and another ww for 90! So I can start off making my custom apparel when I'm done with payment art and other projects hehe

Coming from Flight Rising, dragons over there are sometimes listed for insane prices just for bragging rights or fun. Or to advertise them when they are going to be auctioned. But most common is just for fun I think.

Oh no, don't go mentioning real money. covers ears

I have spent an outrageous amount of gems from Flight Rising without too much though.. I played for years and have amassed stupid amounts of junk worth stupid amounts of gems. I bought a pretty WW for 800MS yesterday gulp 8000 gems is like “Eh, whatever” to me, and they were happy to sell for gems. I have spent a whopping 100 bucks once, last Christmas, on premium currency, the rest was just through playing the game. I did buy the beginner package here, because it was a good deal and helped me get started a bit better.

I don't expect a whole lot of these super high moonstone sales are happening in actual moonstones, but rather off-site currency or items/wolves.. there just aren't all that many in circulation yet - my speculation ofcourse, I have no idea.

I'm crying just a little because I sold quite a few four digit WWs for way too little at the start. Ffttt, 50k pebbles was a mistake. X'D

I think most of the super expensive WWs in the market are a hold over from when the economy was super hot last week and no one had wolves, or it's to show off and advertise.
