In mining, you can drop ore by clicking on it and then clicking the 'drop' button that appears. However, this is extremely hard to know without actually clicking on the ore to see what happens, and I only found out because I was sure there must be some feature like that - I doubt most people even know this feature exists. It's not mentioned in the tutorial and there's no indicator on the ores that they can be dropped. It's a pretty important feature to mining, especially if someone is looking for a specific kind of ore, so I really thinking it should be more obvious.
The best solution I can think of is just changing it so instead of clicking on the ore and selecting Drop to drop it, there's instead a little X icon on one corner of the ore image, which you can drop the ore by clicking. This functionality should also be noted in the tutorial, ideally, but since not everyone will read that I think it's important that it's also more clear from the actual interface itself.
