Introduction

Lorwolf has an interesting feature that is extremely popular, custom apparel. As I'm sure you're all aware, to produce a piece of custom apparel one has to purchase a custom apparel token, but not everyone is able to easily afford their first token. Custom Apparel Sponsorship Program, or CASP, is an organization completely on Lorwolf that hosts a weekly contest where players can submit their ideas. On Friday, the winner is chosen and given a token to create their custom apparel. As of writing, this is only in the works and not confirmed that it's actually going to happen. That's where you come in! We need people to come together and help work on this project and get CASP up and running.

How can I help with CASP?

There are lots of ways you can help get CASP up and running. We need people to help work on this project and make it a reality. You don't need to have lots of moonstones or be a popular apparel creator to help. Down below is a list of jobs we need filled. Even if you don't want to get completely involved, token donations will be helpful once we get going. Or maybe you're a starting creator or just wants to get a token yourself! You're allowed to join the pinglist without supplying us with any help, you're still promoting and helping us get out there!

Roles that need to be filled

We're looking for people to fill these roles in CASP before we can officially start working on the project!

Donators : Although not super necessary to get us up and running, donators are going to be crucial once the project gets going. If you're interested in being a donator, ask to be put on our pinglist for when we're sure all donations will be used.

Graphic Artists : We'll need someone to create a logo for CASP, at least to have on our forum page! All art and designs will be used if you're chosen for the position.

HTML Coders : You don't need to be very good at coding to do this, we'll just need a general layout!

Organizers : You'll send out pings, private messages, and help choose other people for positions.

Judges : You'll get to choose the winners of the weekly contests along with your fellow judges! You'll all collaborate on which design should be chosen, based off of creativity, art, and maybe even just how much dedication the person put into it.

Do I need other ways to contact members of CASP if I join the team?

Nope! I want to keep this inclusive, so you do not need any other forms of contact.

What if this project falls through?

I know it's quite likely this will happen, but if we never try, what's the point? I want to at least try and make a difference with CASP and even if it gets minimal attention. All we need is a few people to help me and we'll open up shop each week. I know I can't manage this by myself, so I want to get others involved.

@Steven This is a great idea! I was lucky enough to sell some WW and get enough for a token, but if I hadn't I would have totally entered!

I may be able to help with the logo! I was thinking maybe something to do with the custom apparel token? And maybe we can even make a little mascot!

@SovereignFives would you believe I almost put ‘mascot wolf’ as a job? Haha! I was considering my trans wolf Richie for mascot, since he's owned by me and pretty distinctive. soon to be a volmyr once I can afford it as well! But definitely if a better wolf comes into the scene, I'd love to have them as well. I'd love to have you work on a logo because your art is AMAZING. I like the idea of a mascot + the token. Maybe they could be wearing it like as a necklace?

@Steven Yess Richie would be an amazing mascot! Perhaps there could also be a dedicated custom apparel made to represent this program that richie wears?

My immediate thought was a red/gold scheme would go very well with this idea, though I'll have to make some more versions along with one based around Richie's colors. And the necklace idea was neat! I was thinking since the token had a helmet that the logo would have something to do with armour!

@SovereignFives yup! You have the position alright. I thought about that and might have purchased the perfect WW? I named them Casper as it seemed to fit perfectly! They are kind of similar colors to your idea (excluding the green, but we can ignore that) I LOVE the idea of the custom apparel necklace specifically for them, and perhaps we could give out the extras to people working on the project? I can't afford a token right now though, and probably wouldn't be able to draw that haha, but once we get someone who's willing that'd be a perfect idea!

@Steven Thank you!! And, oh wow,,, I love Casper! Do you have a demo planned or are you planning on keeping them as is? and I think a dedicated custom apparel would be a great thing for anyone to be able purchase(which would likely mean they fund the reprints for it if interested.) and spread the word!

Role Interested In: HTML Coder/Organizer

Experience: If you ever played Foopets, you'll know… Jokes aside, I've messed around with HTML for years and have been working on using it to make my own website. I'm not perfect with it, but I am learning and am willing to actively update code to be better as I figure out how to make layouts look nice in HTML.

As for Organizer, I like things to be very neat but, in general, I have run multiple Discord servers and managed two with a large amount of people on a couple different occasions. I've done interviews and had to find people good for specific tasks (in those cases, moderation, hence the interviews).

About Me: I'm an artist myself (CAs included), and have been doing things like that (and more) for several years. I've been around a lot of pet sites, met some cool people, and have fun with it. I am a student, though, which can take up a good bit of my time here and there. It all depends on how the semester is going.

I love this idea and would love to help out! One thing I was wondering was if it might be nice to occasionally offer raffle-type decisions instead of judge-based ones. That might give a chance to people who are a little less proficient or less able to get themselves out there, and we could announce in advance that the upcoming round would be raffle based or something along those lines maybe…
