Hello again. I just bought a steel blue shawl and the steel blue antlers, but they never showed up in my inbox. After I purchased them, my screen went dim. I never got them and my tickets were deducted for them both. I’m afraid to purchase anything else.

Silly question possibly, but when using a coat change/anything that make you go through your lorwolves, what determines the order they are in? It's not den order, or lorwolf number that I can figure out, so I am wondering what it is
