When the 5 copies are sold you can relist the design again. However to do so you need to buy another CAT. This is why most custom designs are 50 Ms and up so that the design pays back enough to buy a new CAT while generating the artist profit.

For the second question I had to do some digging to back up my answer lol, but in the discord some people have asked if you can modify already approved designs for new poses. Mods have stated that you can’t do this, and would have to submit the design as a new design with those new poses.

when you submit a custom apparel design, are you able to go back into it and add more breeds the design is compatible with? or do you have to submit all the compatible breeds when the design is initially submitted?

You just proceed through that pack's campaign storyline. This doesn't change what pack you've joined.

My specific wording may be off, but I wanted to know if there was a way to see where a player decided to place their den?

Like, in your own den you have the option to set the coordinates for where said den is located. Can you see this on another player's profile?

Felt it was small enough a question to ask in this thread. I cannot find my friend's map coordinates despite knowing they have opted to place their den somewhere.
